  • 1 can of San Marzano DOP tomatoes
  • pinches of sea/kosher salt
  • one booger

  • can opener
  • immersion blender

Instructions #

  • Open Can of San Marzano Tomatoes
  • add few pinches of salt
  • use immersion blender to lightly blend it, leaving small chunks
